DT1 – Elite Summer Training Program (Call For Price)

Age Group: Minor Midget AA & Higher Levels of Hockey

Total Seats: 6 For Each Group

May 22nd – August 10th

12 Week Program consists of:

  • Functional Movement Screening (FMS)
  • Periodized Strength and Conditioning Program

Monday – Thursday Each Week | Workouts will take 1.5 to 2 Hours | Players will be FMS screened before start of program | Also includes 1 full year gym membership at Varsity Training Centre

Program will NOT be pro-rated for weeks missed during the summer weeks. Athletes can make up workouts during the weekends or ask Strength Coaches for workouts if they are going on vacation.


DT2 – Junior Elite Summer Training Program (Call For Price)

Age Group: 2004/2003/2002 AAA, AA Only

Total Seats: 6 For Each Group

May 23rd – August 10th

12 Week Program consists of:

  • Functional Movement Screening (FMS)
  • Periodized Strength and Conditioning Program

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday Each Week | Workouts will take 1.5 to 2 Hours | Players will be FMS screened before start of program | Also includes 1 full year gym membership at Varsity Training Centre.

Program will NOT be pro-rated for weeks missed during the summer weeks. Athletes can make up workouts during the weekends or ask Strength Coaches for workouts if they are going on vacation.


DT3 – Junior Elite Summer Training Program (Call For Price)

Age Group: 2006/2005 AAA, AA

Total Seats: 6 For Each Group

The goal is to improve athletic performance which will improve on ice performance.

Program Design

  • Speed/Quickness/Agility (SQA)
  • Balance
  • Coordination
  • Strength and Endurance
  • Flexibility

Starting May 22nd – August 10th
Each week:
3 Hours Off-Ice
Off-Ice Training: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 6:00-7:00 pm


DT4 – 3 Day Off-Ice Program 2004 & Older (Call For Price)
