Dr. Yacoub has been a Chiropractor since 2014 and has been practicing in various clinics throughout the GTA. He completed his Honours Bachelor of Science Degree (HBSc) at the University of Toronto and completed his Doctorate in Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). He has also completed graduate certifications in Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University, and has certifications in Active Release Technique® (ART), Graston Therapy, Orthotic Treatment Therapy, and Developmental Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS).
Dr. Yacoub also draws from a lifelong love of sports. He has backgrounds playing recreational tennis, basketball, baseball and hockey, and is no stranger to athletic training. He enjoys treating patients of all ages and believes in a goal oriented rehabilitation and manual therapy approach. Whether the goal is improving performance at the work place, high level athletic competition, completing your first 10k or getting back to playing with your kids, Dr. Yacoub will help you get there.
Dr. Yacoub is experienced at working with high level athletes in the OHL, AHL, NHL, Division 1 OCAA Basketball, and Varsity Soccer OCAA athletes. Currently, Dr. Yacoub is actively involved in the GTA community having involvements with the University of Toronto Mississauga Women’s and Men’s Varsity Soccer teams (Medical Trainer) and is currently the Team Chiropractor for the MAFA/Evolution Martial Arts Professional Muay Thai Fight Team. Dr. Yacoub is currently the owner of the Royal Chiropractic and Sports Injury Clinic located in Brampton (Varsity Hockey).
