Elite Summer Off-Ice Training 2008 & Older, Pro, Junior, NCAA
- 12 Week Program – Monday to Thursday (4 Workouts per week)
- May 29th 2023 to August 17th 2023
- Workouts are 1.5 – 2 hrs long
- Custom training app access
- HR tracking and use during workout (players will be provided with their own HR strap)
- Custom Meal Plan
- 12 per group max

Junior Elite Summer Off-Ice Training 2009/2010
- 10 Week Program – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (3 Workouts per week)
- June 12th 2023 to August 17th 2023
- Workouts are 1.5 – 2 hrs long
- Custom training app access
- HR tracking and use during workout (players will be provided with their own HR strap)
- Nutrition Guidance
- 12 per group max
