In order to be successful in hockey or any sport, besides having extraordinary skills, players need to participate in a training program that will increase their strength, power, speed, and agility during the off-season, and maintain it during the season.

 Gym Programs

  •  Draft Prep

        • Specific for 2011-2012 born AAA players as prep for U16 and U18 OHL Priority Drafts
        • 14 week program; 4 days per week with optional drop in day every Saturday at no additional cost
        • Sessions are 1.5 hrs in duration.
        • Additional 30 mins info sessions throughout the program on the mindset and dedication required to play professional or NCAA hockey.  (Zoom calls with D1 and NHL drafted players) No Extra Charge
        • All players placed in a Google classroom with their program for reporting purposes and take-home resources; exercise, nutrition, recovery protocols specific to hockey.
        • May/June- Rebuild Muscle and coordination, 
        • June/July- Increase Strength/Mobility, 
        • July/August- Speed, Agility, Power; season prep
        • Shooting mechanics/building strong kinetic shot patterns incorporated at every phase.
        • Help with planning summer and season structure to help balance academics so players can have optimal time management in their pre-draft and draft years.
        • Runs May 18th – Aug 20th Mondays-Thursdays from 4:00pm-5:30pm.
        • Free drop in sessions every Saturday from 12:00-1:30 for all participants
        • Cost for 14 weeks is $2400+hst
        • Only 12 spots available for the summer.

    Draft Prep - From May 18, 2026 to Aug 20, 2026


    •  AAA Strength, Speed & Power Prep

          • Specific for 2013-2014 born players in AAA or high level AA 
          • 14 week program 3+ sessions/week available to players
          • May/June- Rebuild Muscle and coordination, 
          • June/July- Increase Strength/Mobility, 
          • July/August- Speed, Agility, Power; season prep
          • Shooting mechanics and building strong kinetic patterns incorporated at every phase
          • All players placed in a Google classroom with their program for reporting purposes and take-home resources; exercise, nutrition, recovery protocols specific to hockey.
          • Sessions are 1.5 hrs
          • Runs May 18th – Aug 22nd, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:00pm-8:30pm
          • Free Saturday drop in for all participants from 12:00-1:30 pm
          • Cost for 14 weeks is $1900+hst
          • Only 12 spots available for the summer

      AAA Strength, Speed & Power Prep - From May 18, 2026 to Aug 22, 2026


      •  Foundations of Rep Hockey

        • Specific for 2015-2016 born AAA and high level AA players
        • Introduction to strength training and safe weightlifting modalities conducive to age and skill level.
        • Re-emphasis on body weight exercises that can be done individually to increase strength and speed on the ice.
        • Individualized programs to help fill in gaps and prepare for competitive hockey at the u12+ levels
        • High focus on building coordination and proper shooting muscles and mechanics. (Velocity and radar testing to monitor progress)
        • Take home resources for parents to monitor progress.
        • Sessions are 1 hr and run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm
        • Runs May 19th – Aug 20th
        • Cost for 14 weeks is $980+hst
        • Only 12 spots available for the summer
        • All early bird registrants receive free Vald Force Decks testing;  feedback on balance, weight distribution/disparities and capacity to generate power with using one and two legs ($150 value included in early bird registration)

        Foundations of Rep Hockey - From May 19, 2026 to Aug 20, 2026


        •  Junior Bees

          • Specific for 2017-2019 born players
          • Introduction to foundational body weight exercises to help build strength and activate hockey specific muscles and kinetic patterns
          • Introduction to foundational coordination exercises to help build and emphasize central nervous system-muscle connections and comfortability
          • Introduction to shooting mechanics, the muscles and timing involved in creating velocity with the puck.
          • Take home resources for parents to help understand the biomechanics and exercises involved in building strong foundation for hockey
          • Sessions are 1hr and run Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 and Saturdays from 11:00am-12:00pm
          • Runs May 20th – August 22nd
          • Cost is $980+hst
