 Gym Programs

  •  Elite Summer Off-Ice Training 2008 & Older, Pro, Junior, NCAA

    • 12 Week Program – Monday to Thursday (4 Workouts per week)
    • May 29th 2023 to August 17th 2023
    • Workouts are 1.5 – 2 hrs long
    • Custom training app access
    • HR tracking and use during workout (players will be provided with their own HR strap)
    • Custom Meal Plan
    • 12 per group max

    •  Junior Elite Summer Off-Ice Training 2009/2010

      • 10 Week Program – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (3 Workouts per week)
      • June 12th 2023 to August 17th 2023
      • Workouts are 1.5 – 2 hrs long
      • Custom training app access
      • HR tracking and use during workout (players will be provided with their own HR strap)
      • Nutrition Guidance
      • 12 per group max

        • 8 Week Program – Mondays & Wednesdays (2 Workouts per week)

        • Workouts are 1 hour
