Skating has become such an important part to hockey in the past 10 years. What better way to focus on the breakdown of skating than spending some quality time on your stride. The Skating Treadmill will work on your stride mechanics to become a more efficient skater, on your quickness to win those races to the puck, on your power to work on that separation speed and endurance to remain at your peak performance longer throughout the game.





TREADMILL PROGRAMS (Fall/Winter Training)

STRIDE 4 SKATING Treadmill Fall/Winter Clinics (OPEN Program - 4:1 Ratio)
280 + HSTThe STRIDE FOR SKATING Treadmill Clinic is an OPEN program that is designed to develop the stride technique for ALL CALIBER level players and will focus on improving skating mechanics for efficient and effective strides.
The weekly ‘Lesson Plan’ will include the following areas of development:
Forward Skating Stride – Improve Stride Mechanics
Stride Muscle Memory – Controlled Speed Repetition
Strength – Improve Legs & Hips Power
TREADMILL CLINIC DATES & TIMES
Monday’s at 6:00 or 7:00 & Thursday’s at 7:00 pm $280 + Tax for 8 Weeks
Clinics are registered in 8 week long programs and will be delivered from a 60 minute Lesson Plan.

PRIVATE Treadmill Sessions (1:1 Ratio)
The PRIVATE TREADMILL sessions program is a One-on-One session that would initially involve all aspects of the student’s skating techniques to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the skating stride.
The progression of the lessons would be designed based on the development needs demonstrated by the student with the objective of develop skating technique and improve endurance
The Private lesson would address development needs in the following areas:
Forward Skating Stride – Improve Stride Mechanics
Stride Muscle Memory – Controlled Speed Repetition
Strength – Improve Legs & Hips Power
Stamina & Endurance
BOOKING INFORMATION
Sessions can be customized in 30 minute sessions
Private Treadmill Lessons can be registered in 5 or 10 Private Lesson packages or on a Pay-As-You-Go booking.
Private Treadmill Sessions are booked based on availability of ice and instructor.

The SEMI-PRIVATE TREADMILL sessions program is a One-on-Two session that would initially involve all aspects of the student’s skating techniques to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the skating stride.
The progression of the lessons would be designed based on the development needs demonstrated by the student with the objective of develop skating technique and improve endurance
